Nasty Bug

So I was too quick to cast stones at IE this time. Turns out I hit a freak namespace collision with the IE js interpreter. A real tough one to debug since everytime the offending code was hit IE summarily whorf’d along with all of my debugging tools. Turns out an unfortunate choice of variable name along with a typo was at the root of the problem. With that fixed I should be back on track for unveiling version 0.1 of Grazr Mini on Tuesday.

Namespace collisions are the worst. I used to face that with dBASE. They make you crazy, because you can’t trust your own code. You end up renaming things almost superstitiously, like a programming pigeon in a Skinner box.
